WHY
HIRE A PUBLIC ADJUSTER?
|
It is the responsibility of the insured to prove their loss.
It is not the responsibility of the insurance company to
volunteer information that the Insured does not know to ask.
Most Insureds do not have the time to spend documenting their
losses, as requested by the insurance company. The laws that
regulate the insurance policies change constantly. As Public
Adjusters, it is our job to stay informed of these changes.
The insurance company adjuster's function is to adjust the
claim that you present so that it benefits his/her company.
The Public Adjuster's role is to be your advocate in the
process, maximizing your ability to fully recover all that you
are entitled to collect.
Most insured's have a vague idea, at best, about what their
policy provides. The Public Adjuster will thoroughly review
and understand your policy and will explore coverage
opportunities.
